Tay Ho Hotel Overview:
The Tay Ho has the top floor of four shop fronts running along the waterfront with spic and span rooms with great views at back-to-basics pricing. You'll get no fancy decor, but a spotless bathroom and a well-sized room with a simple bed, air-con and TV. The big hit here is the long terrace overlooking Hai Ba Trung St and the river. This could easily become the flashpacker choice in town -- they just need to get a few tables and chairs out there. While the river rooms are priced higher, if occupancy is low they'll drop the rates in the blink of an eye.
