The four-star hotel at 165-167
Hai Ba Trung Street in District 3 has 247 rooms on 18 floors and three
basements. It also has facilities like restaurants, conference halls, swimming
pool and gym center.
The hotel is developed by
Saigontourist Holding Company along with its subsidiary Que Huong-Liberty JSC
and HCMC Investment and Services JSC (Invesco) at a total cost of around VND1.2
trillion.
According to Accor, the hotel
is one of the 14 bearing the Novotel brand under the group’s management in
Vietnam, the key market of Accor in Asia. Accor plans to have 15 more hotels
under the same brand in the local market in the near future.
