 (Vietnam Visa On Arrival) The five-star cruise ship
Celebrity Millennium with over 2,000 tourists on board docked at Saigon
International Terminals Vietnam in Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province last Saturday (December 15) during
its first time in Vietnam.
During the two-day stay at the
terminal, tourists have been taken to tourist attractions in Ba Ria-Vung Tau.
After that, the ship was to depart for Tien Sa Port in Danang City, Chan May
Port in Thua Thien-Hue Province and Ha Long Bay as the final stop of its journey
in Vietnam before leaving for Hong Kong.
Royal Caribbean Cruise Co. Ltd
put into operation the Celebrity Millennium in 2000 and refurbished it last
April. This 91,000-ton ship is 294 meters long and 32 meters wide and can
accommodate over 2,100 passengers and nearly 1,000 crewmembers.
On the occasion, Royal
Caribbean invited several travel agencies in HCMC to visit the cruise ship and
introduced it to Vietnamese tourists.
